Jansberg borrows liberally from virtually all the folk music traditions of the world for his compositions, which contain elements of anything ranging from gypsy jazz and bluegrass to Celtic music. Still, Henrik Jansberg Band succeed in maintaining a distinctly Nordic folk sound in their instrumental compositions.
