Old-fashioned + predictable = blues. A world of Blue Roots challenges exactly this kind of prejudice with a night at the Filur Stage that aims to explore the roots and primitive force of blues. To this aim, we have selected new bands and constellations brought together for the occasion. All have clear links to old blues and roots music but interpret it in contemporary fashion.  

A World of Blue Roots was created in collaboration with musician and journalism student Hans Christian G. Bugge.
